The little injection we all need to complete that daunting run which eludes us or clock our lifetime best…

1. Provides a kick-butt jog pace
2. Motivates us up that last *^%#$@# hill
3. Drowns out our heavy labored breathing
4. Drowns out everything and everyone else
5. Evokes a smile even when we are about to lose our lunch
